While in New York, the first day was miserable with rain and just wet weather. But I stuck it out and walked down Chelsea Piers and just walked and walked and this wheel intrigued me. Just kind of stuck in there and must serve some kind of service though it was just still at the timel. The between the storm clouds and wavy water at the Hudson River made this one of my favorite shots from my vacation.
