Peanut butter & Cucumber
It seems the first reaction I get when I tell people to try this is a look of confusion mixed with disgust. That is until I convince them to take a bite and they are simply amazed at how well the cool crispy crunch of the cucumber goes with the smooth sticky spread of the peanut butter.
What you'll need:
- 100% whole wheat bread
- Good peanut butter
- Fresh cucumber
- An open mind
Always try to use all organic products as well. Happy chewing :)
