This was taken at the Cherry Blossom Japanese Street Festival in Washington D.C.
Just a random bloke on the street.
It was hard to choose what to upload for this theme because there was so many interesting outfits but I think his edgy expression and style mix well.
(not to mention he's not dressed like an anime character)
