I suppose, I didn't really have any problems, and I explored a bit outside the "safe places" and well past curfew. Its like driving, you learn what you should and should not do, and once you feel comfortable and you let yourself get distracted or your guard falls too far down, trouble might find you. But the war is over and all that.
