Virginia Beach at dawn in March. There were actually surfers out here in their wet suits. But they were not standing up much. The wind was in charge.

Photographs of waves & wind are one of my favorites. To catch the right moment, when the breeze “splashes” the crest like that is very difficult because of the shutter time lag of the digi cameras... It requires patience & savvy...
