Same subject as comparison photo taken with a Canon 20D, obviously but taken with the same 135mm L lens on a Kodak SLR/c. This photo from the Kodak was then cropped from the upper left to match the 20D's pixel dimensions, putting the Kodak at a disadvantage since this shot uses more of the lens's corners which are typically not as sharp as the center.
Still, the Kodak's lack of an anti-alias filter and the resulting boost in sharpness is startling in comparison to the mushy shot from the Canon.
