I'm a transplant from a small city to a much smaller fishing town. TtV really captures for me the disconnect between where I am and where I'm from. There are wharves up and down the coast here (most in better states of repair than this one) that tie the people here to the water in a way that I will never be. When I explore their connection to the ocean I'm an outsider looking in. Seeing the viewfinder in TtV makes that disconnect impossible to overlook.
