This is a photograph of my wife Jayne at Bulverhythe on the south coast of England taken on Christmas eve 2007. It was very windy and cold and we weren't feeling very Christmassy at the time but this picture sums up our mood of optimism and us looking forward to the New Year and the chance to feel born again and start over.
