helping hands
Another hands picture taken at the Hindu religious festival, Thaipusam 2008 in Singapore. The strings that the lady is holding is actually attached at one end to a "chariot" holding a small altar. At the other end,it is attached to hooks pierced into the skin of the devotee, who would drag the chariot in a procession several km long, to another temple.
