A competitor at the sky/snowshoe transition in the Mount Taylor quadrathlon. The race, held outside Grants, NM takes competitors on a 43 mile biking, running, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing trip from the town of Grants at 6,500 ft to the peak of Mt. Taylor at 11,300 ft and back down.
