Buck Hill

Theodore Roosevelt National Park. For the record, I'm not sure if this was buck hill or if it was the hill directly behind me. It was a little confusing on the map. I probably should have titled this photo, "Near Buck Hill."
National Parks are my favorite places to visit. I enjoy the comfort of the city but I find myself only able to truly enjoy myself when I visit places like this. I can't say Buck Hill is my absolute favorite hangout but I would take any National Park with views like this over the nearest Chili's any day. The trip to the Badlands was my first adventure like this alone. I have rarely felt as relaxed and free as I did when I took this photo.
