This is the first bridge across the Mississippi river in the upper midwest. Built in the mis 1880s by a railroda magnate to gain access to the flower mills in the area. It is now used by pedestrians and bicyclists. Down stream, to the viewers right, is the scene of the rcently collapsed Interstate 35 bridge. Camera info. tripod,Lens,25mm F/8 exposere 25 sec.
