Big Day Ruined by an Excited Dog

It works hard all winter long for its big day. Then an excited dog steps on it, then pees on it, and then scratches the dirt around it revealing the bulb for a squirrel to dig it up and then drop it in the driveway where it's crushed by a car. RIP.
