A group of people wore Scream costume in a Chinese-fest along Malioboro Street, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, on February, 9, 2008. The Chinese community had just celebrated their new year just 2 days before.

I don't know whether the Chinese like the scream costume or not, but a few days before I also found a Scream mask in a Chinese-fest market in Semarang City, about 70 miles from Yogyakarta. Since the last Scream movie was published in year 2000 (Scream 3), it's kinda out of date to see the costume these days.
