Sunset over Humanized Landscape
I used to shoot sunsets over mountain scape's, now I shoot sunsets over industrial scape's. This was taken across the river from Ft. Mott, NJ. Every night the locals gather at the Fort to watch the sunset over the factories and nuclear plant across the way, oblivious it seems, to the true ugliness of the scenery. While I was shooting this a couple of kids asked me if I was taking pictures for postcards or something, I laughed at the thought of how this is now the typical landscape of the 21st century.
