These men (including myself) braved and survived the Feast of Black Nazareno. The feast is celebrated yearly by parading the miraculous icon of Jesus Christ carrying the cross. People faithfully believe that touching the image would heal sickness, thus they go near the image and have their handkerchief swiped on the Black Nazareno. The estimated number of peolpe who joined the feast was 2.5 MILLION.
