Island Burst
Only adjustments made was crop and a little contrast adj. If you don't know how to do this type of image other than through photoshop....here you go:
Set your camera on 1/60 of a sec, depending on how much light is outside, set your ISO accordingly. Set your focal point fully zoomed out. When you press your shutter, zoom your lens back in. There you'll have the bursting effect.
