Caitlyn has spent the last 22 months battling leukemia.
These two have supported each other in ways no teen buddies should have to, and have learned what real friends do for each other, and more.
The night before this photo, they had a sleepover. The first one Caitlyn had been healthy enough for in 14 months...
They have raised over $30,000 for Blood Cancer Research via the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in the last two years.
