Can't Wait For Cake
This was a disaster of a wedding day - for the photographer that is - until I captured this wonderful expression of this VERY eager young girl just dying for a piece of cake. (I love her clutched hand in the bottom right!)

I like the picture but the lighting seams strange. I see the flash catch light in her eyes. It appears that the flash is on camera coming from behind the cake, but now shadows? Neither flash on the cake? Were was the flash in relation to the cake? Nice capture.

looks like bounced flash from a hotshoe. Great story...really. Nice writing, and a good message. yes, it is true, no matter how badly a gig is going, you just have to keep shooting and trust yourself...Move your feet, change a lens, focus on something else, but keep shooting. Nice job...check out my story if you have a sec.
