A view of Cape Hedo, the most northern point on Okinawa as seen from high up in a tourist attraction that resembles a "Yonbaru Kuina" or Okinawa Rail. The flightless bird is on the endangered species list and is found only in the remote northern regions of the main Okinawa island.

From the view one might be forgiven for tinking so. Its just a lookout point and tourist attraction.
