Speargrass Flowers
In college my favorite botany class was agrostology, the study of grasses. Their flowers are as intricate, beautiful and diverse as their more showy cousins in the plant kingdom. Taken on a cold, late autumn morning in June on the Mkhaya Game Reserve, Swaziland.
