Walking along our local river after having a sudden thaw and then flooding I explored the water systems banks for interesting shots. When I got to the water treatment plant I noticed all this stuff hanging off the grate bars. On further examination I realized that there were large amounts of toilet paper and condoms hanging off the bars of the water treatment spillway, which returns recycled water back into the ecosystem.
