I met this guy on the streets of downtown Cincy.... I had to warm him up a little bit, but afterwards, he was a real awesome dude. Its a little sad the way we treat our mentally ill by allowing them to be tossed out on the streets. (by the way... This was him goofing in front of the camera.)
