Looking onto the track in the subway system here in New York and you can equate it as a microcosm of the world’s garbage pollution problem.
One just has to look down on any square of the subways tracks and you can find a plethora of garbage of any description tossed onto the track by uncaring folk. This results in a high increase of rodent infestation and frequent track fires.
