Kilauea Lighthouse

Kauai (February 2008)
Built in 1913, Kilauea Lighthouse is located at the northernmost point of the main Hawaiian islands. The lighthouse served as a navigational guide for ships that go to and from the Orient.
The 'light' has been off for nearly 30 years now, however, Kilauea Lighthouse still beams as one of Kaua'is top sights.
