Hearts On Fire

This was taken uptown on State Street at the Winter Fest. It was an "oops!" photo I thought because I moved while taking the shot and almost deleted it. When I put it on the computer when I got home,I loved it because it had a painted look to it and the lights looked like hearts dancing in the air.
