Excellent shot ! Pola filter ? for the clouds yes but for the water reflexion... hmmm don't know

I used a grad filter to keep the detail in the clouds and a longish exposure to smooth the water and enhance the reflection.
I have also used a few photoshop techniques to combine two exposures, enabling the detail in the foreground to remain.
