Retro Bumper Cars
For Paul.
Even though he thanks me for inspiring him and his obsession with the great plastic fantastic, he introduced me this place, the Enchanted Forest. Its an old abandoned kiddie amusement park. It used to have this "Story Land" feel to it.
We have been back to visit various times, and each time there are more bumper cars missing. Which is crazy, how do people move them? I always wanted one for my livingroom! Compare my photo to Paul's which was taken on our most recent trip, nearly two years after mine was taken.
Shot with my Nikon Coolpix, before the days of my Nikon D200. I also slightly desaturated the Master colors of this image in Photoshop to emphasize the retro feel.
