Witchcraft on the tracks

Found this interesting piece of bone probably to a small animal or bird, nailed to plywood and wrapped in fishing line and burnt, on the train tracks under a train.... i assume it was for some sort of voddo/witchcraft.. ill admit, i was scared of photographing it... but i also felt i had to...
