That's quite simple. Took a very ordinary looking shot of a bike, a glass front steamy from condensation and a red car parked behind it. For postproduction I color corrected it in the Gimp (a one, two, three click operation, really). What had looked like a very ordinary street scene before suddenly sprang to life. That's it.
