  I actually tear up looking at this photo. I have 6 dogs. 4 of which were shelter dogs, 2 only days away from being euthanized, and 1 is a pitbull mix. These poor dogs get such a bad rap. People either think they are dangerous and don't want them or they actually are dangerous because the wrong people get a hold of them. Thanks for this beautiful photo...I really hope it gets published for this theme.

  wow, I'm such an animal rights advocate and a HUGE fan of the az humane society (they are the best) I don't know how I missed this image of yours. This is a very endearing shot that speaks volumes about our cruel ugenetics and then how we treat them after creating these breeds. Strong image, very powerful image MY VOTE YEAH !!!!
