Designed by the Richard Rogers Partnership, this is the Welsh parliament building.
They are keen on being open and democratic so were happy to let me take photos....such a surprise in these security mad times in which we now live.

I'm Welsh too, so it's great to see such an important Welsh building here. Despite being very cynical of politics, I suppose the Welsh assembly means a lot to me in terms of our identity. Never thought of this before I saw this shot. Thank you :)
