Necessary Baggage

This homeless man is a bit of a local celebrity, it seems everyone knows who the "guy with the rope on his legs" is. When I asked to take his photo he was NOT interested, after some persuasive convincing on my end he finally let me take this one shot. He has coffee frequently at the local Starbucks/Barnes & Noble... maybe next time I see him I'll work up the guts to get his name and story.

I tried this with whom I call "Lady with the Golden Curls". It was difficult to speak with her; she was high on something, or perhaps, just deranged. She was also a mutterer and difficult to hear. She wanted money. She is dressed differently every day, but always wears something red.

If he's the guy that walks around medford (he always has on like a million layers, he wears snowboarding pants that are all taped up) with like a bunch of pockets too! I think he's got everything in those. and always a bandana. i think he's pretty cool, i love bums!!!

This picture is crazy. I love it. Look at all those colors and the expression on his face. You should definitely come to the next workshop. Photo Girl got some great street shots from downtown.

Great capture. It's hard to find street people that will let you get their picture and itr usualy is a one time deal. I have begged and pleaded before. But I've also had some really warm up to me. It's just rare and can sometimes change from day to day. You have my vote in any case.
