Lightning Striking Twice!
I couldn't have asked for a better photo opportunity. This storm was happening right over our neighborhood. I was safely under our front porch with my remote shutter release at the ready. Leaving the camera on Bulb, I would close the shutter as a bolt hit . . . for this shot, I was about to let the shutter close when the second bolt struck. Pure luck!

Thanks, Johanna . . . I had the shutter set to 'bulb' and just waited for the bolt . . . thing is, I was just about to close the shutter when the second bolt snuck in there . . . luck is a huge part of what I do!
