That kid is just about to back dive... I went back to this place in Manila because i really missed the fun that i experienced here when i was still a kid (i don't back dive though). This is an area of roxas boulevard and people go here to rest and bond... My mom brings me always here to let me see the sunset and of course play around with the other kids...
