Son of Jupiter and Juno
This statue of Vulcan is symbol of its city of loactionn Birmingham, AL. He was the god of fire and volcanoes, and the manufacturer of iron. It is the largest cast iron statue in the world at 17m, the second largest in the United States (only behind the Statue of Liberty in New York), and it is the largest statue ever constructed in the US.
