My dog Jack likes to rest in the sink after licking water from the faucet.
Every single time he does this, I am of course overcome by his profound adorability.
He always seems confused by my reactions of "Awwwww!".
Nevertheless, whenever I ask, "Jack, do you want to sit in the sink?", he is invariably more inclined to do so.
It's as if he does it to make me happy, even though he doesn't know why it makes me happy.
That is love.
