no, unfortunately! i live in milan, Italy, ground floor :)
I was on the 52th floor of the bank of America. at 3pm every day (I was there in january 2008) the bar at this floor is open for people, but tourists don't know it and the view is amazing. I have to thank the porter of the Transamerica Pyramid for this precious tip. -

ops, the city is of course san francisco, california, and underneath the fog on the left you can see the Golden Gate Bridge, The room of the bar at 52th floor is called Carnelian Room. Enjoy it!
