I modeled and shot this one. It was in the kitchen of my mom's house, and the camera was on a tripod on the counter. Of course, I used a remote control. I converted it to grayscale in CS2, where I then (obviously) edited it; dodge, burn, lighting effects, noise reduction, and selective color.
