The hardest working man in all of the street corners in Panama. Jose Colon, sells coconut water to guest and locals everyday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., not sure if today he will make enough to feed his family. Learning this trade from his father, he purchased his first cart by age 12. He's 46 now and still chopping away.
