The Unknown Soldier

The military cemetery on the hillside of the San Francisco Presidio. The Unknown US Soldier faces the Golden Gate Bridge forever.

Several lunchtime walks from work to this site. Sometimes I wouldn't even setup for a single shot, but this one rainy Friday, I found a headstone that silenced me, and still does to this day whenever I view this image. It's one of my favorites, and one of those shots where I was able to let go of the camera, and just shoot.
