Scooter's Crab House in Elkridge, Maryland.
A place where friends can share steamed crabs, beer and friendship.
After a few hours of beer, crabs, appetizers and other messy foods a hot shower feels great. And one final note: if you have any cuts on your hand or fingers while eating steamed crabs the salt and spices will cause considerable pain. But well worth it!

Omg! I love this photo! It reminds me of my childhood...we used to eat crabs every Sunday (My fam is from Maryland). Awesome.

Wha tI love about this is how each person in the shot seems very aware of their hands. That crab must have been really delicious

I grew up in northern Virginia and raised on crab! There's a crab house in Annapolis, MD, that I remember from my childhood. It was on a dock and they would bring wash tubs of crab to the tables which were covered in newspaper. We'd eat crab and hushpuppies until we couldn't move. That memory had been lost among the clutter of my mind... Thanks for the jolt that shook it loose. got my vote!

Omg....Yum...I love King, I could eat 2lbs of it with butter an lemon... About the personal issue, they make this stuff called RID! LOL!

takes me back many years......used to go crabbing with fish heads and a net...bring'em to our cottage and steam them with of course Bay Seasoning....yummmmmm yummmmm and yes saltine crackers and beer....

Geomar -- Thanks! The only dish remaining full contains vegetables and dip; with steamed crabs and lots of other goodies no one wanted to waste time on veggies! :) :)
