A favorite desert of Geisha. Sweet little things with rich soy sauce thickedn with starch.
They are extremely chewy and hot to eat. A pleasure to enjoy this delight. Subtle and not so subtle!

I have no idea what it is, but it looks so juicy and the sauce dripping all over it.. ah my mouth is watering. Great job! Beautiful colors in it too, especially the background.

Katrina, this is a desert common for Geisha to eat.
The white bit is made of dough - extremely chewy and sticky. Less chewy than chewing gum. The sauce was made from plum and maltose - sweet and sour with a rich fruity taste. Well, with a touch of soy bean sauce too :) -
