Man in NYC wearing US flag tie gestures to photographer, he said "sorry!" as he passed behind me after the image was made. It seemed to me that he was surprised by his reaction to the camera, I don't think he meant to be nasty. I was delighted by his spontaneity.

haha nice! i also have one of these also but my photo is of a 2yr old girl flicking me off and it was not posed either.
