Swings
why did I submit this photo to the surroundings theme? well, this ride was a part of the myrtle beach pavilion. the amusement park had been around for a very long time, it went back to the time my parents were my age. it was an oceanfront theme park and also a myrtle beach landmark. it was recently torn down and the land is being prepared for hotels or something like that.
I submitted this photo because not only was it part of my childhood, but a part of myrtle beach's surroundings for 58 years.

to answer your question Chris, I used my old Canon Rebel 2000 with standard 35mm film.

What happened to the Pavilion. Why was it destroyed? Great photo here. I have a lot of slides of trips taken there over the years. Sad it is gone. What is there now?
