In the Shadows of Communism
On the west side of Ybor City in Tampa, cloaked within the structure of what looks to be from the outside as a run down office complex, lies a little piece of Mother Russia, called the "Czar," strewn out from within of depictions of Stallen and the ol' star and sickle ensignia that so fiercely represented a time of rule in the former Soviet Union.
