Rochester is a city that never seems to get things just right. The redevelopment around High Falls next to Eastman Kodak's headquarters is a case in point. On a weekend when it should be booming, it felt like like a neutron bomb had gone off. Light on, noboby home. This cityscape captured that forlorn mood.
