Trash from War

(Dec. 12, 2006) - A collection of dirt and debris fallen off U.S. Army Humvees after a wash down with high-pressure hoses. Every vehicle undergoes a rigorous wash-down and inspection, making sure no foreign substances, such as seeds, nuts or insects will be brought back to U.S ecosystem. These vehicles will be transported back to be rebuilt by the manufacturers. U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Kitt Amaritnant.

Kinda sad. Leave it for someone else to worry about. I assume this is left where ever it falls? By the way...Thanks for your service to this country.

All this debris is later hosed down into a filtered drain. I believe they later collect and dispose it accordingly.
