That's my violin. Not the real Stradivarius unfortunately. I've had some interest in music since I was little but only recently I began to actually throw myself in it. Most people would chose instruments like guitar, drum, or maybe piano as their choice but I somehow fallen in love with violin. Having no basic knowledge in music whatsoever (I couldn't read notes back then hence I didn't even know what they stand for) people doubt my choice and told me to try something else. They said that it's already too late for me, that I should have started it ten years ago (I was 19 that time). It put me in doubt for some time but I realized it's something that I want and so I decided to just go for it. I found a teacher and took a violin course with her. It was hard because I have to learn from the very basic but I didn't found it discouraging. I think that's beauty of doing something that we like. I've been taking the course for almost two years now and I never thought that I could actually go this far. I had my first play in a small orchestra yesterday and it felt wonderful. One day I will stand under the spotlight, playing concerto in a hall. Hopefully with a real Stradivarius in hand.

I recently decided to learn the guitar, so I can totally identify with your feelings on this... but this is a great shot. I love it.. so elegant.
