Believe it or not, this is in Santa Barbara & it's a photo of a Hippie van! This quirky globe has 'LOVE OFFERINGS' written on it and has a hole cut on the top so people may be able to enjoy his unsual van decorated with millions of toys, and drop a little love into his 'tip jar' which is actually for gas.
